Small Parts Cleaning Times from Cleaning Schedule Checklists to show that
shorter lead times are being realised and maintained going forward.
The Y axis states the minutes it took to clean the small
parts.
As shown in this graph, the time taken to complete the
cleans in the three rooms has been greatly reduced resulting in an annual
saving of €12,480.
All compression operators are to retrain according to
updated S.O.Ps and cleaning schedule.
These savings will continue annually if S.O.Ps and cleaning
schedules are followed.
